Due to the intangible nature of product, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the purchase is complete and access to the product is granted.
This policy ensures fairness for both our customers and our business. Once you receive the product (Certificate), you retain permanent access to it. This eliminates the possibility of returning or "un-downloading" the product, making refunds impractical.
